As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your mission is to take qualified U.S.-based candidates (F1-OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, etc.) and get them placed at lightning speed. You’ll actively market their profiles, apply on their behalf, schedule interviews, and provide hands-on support through every step — from resume to onboarding.

Responsibilities :
Market bench candidates across top job boards: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.
Apply to jobs on behalf of candidates through portals and direct career sites.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
Coach candidates on technical and HR rounds — mock interviews, resume upgrades, and pitch polish.
Build relationships with staffing vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Maintain pipelines, trackers, and CRM/ATS for real-time visibility.
Manage onboarding post-offer — including background checks (BGVC), documentation, and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth communication between candidate, client, and internal teams.
What You Bring :
2+ years in US Bench Sales or similar recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. job market and work visa categories (F1, CPT, OPT, H1B, etc.)
Experience applying and sourcing on job boards and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
Ability to multitask across multiple candidates and platforms.
