We’re on the hunt for a driven Business Development Executive who thrives in outbound sales, can spark conversations across borders, and knows how to pitch value, not just services.


This isn’t a one-track role. You’ll be reaching out to a wide range of clients, from companies needing IT & Non-IT staffing (both in India and the US), to those seeking website/app development, product engineering, BPO/KPO support, and even forming partnerships with consulting or training vendors in the bench sales space.


If you know how to build rapport, open doors, and close high-intent deals, we want you.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.

  • Prospect for businesses needing technical development, offshore staffing, and process outsourcing solutions.

  • Pitch tailored solutions, whether it’s a mobile app, a team of skilled developers, or a remote support team.

  • Develop and maintain a qualified lead pipeline with consistent follow-ups.

  • Set up meetings with decision-makers, understand their pain points, and position us as the strategic solution partner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, tech) to align efforts and close efficiently.

  • Keep up with industry trends, analyze competitors, and refine outreach tactics.

What You Bring :

  • 1–3 years of outbound sales experience in IT services, staffing, or BPO/KPO sales.

  • Fluent, confident English communication — written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to pitch across verticals and tailor conversations to each buyer.

  • Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

  • Prior experience with US/UK/EU clients is a big plus.
