As a Lead Generation Executive, you'll be the first touchpoint in that journey. Your mission: identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of global clients looking for Staffing, IT development, and Business Process (BPO) solutions. You're not just booking calls — you're opening doors to long-term strategic relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and research potential B2B clients across industries like tech, SaaS, eCommerce, Healthcare, finance, and logistics.

  • Build lead lists using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, etc., targeting decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, HR, Ops).

  • Qualify leads based on their need for services in:

I. Core & Technical Staffing

II. Website & App Development

III. Offshore Support / BPO

IV. Digital Marketing

  • Run cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to set up qualified discovery calls.

  • Maintain and update CRM with lead status, touchpoints, and notes.

  • Collaborate with sales/BD to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor movements to identify new opportunity pockets.

What You Bring :

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation (staffing, IT services, digital agencies, or outsourcing preferred).

  • Familiarity with U.S. and global markets — especially how companies source external vendors for hiring and development.

  • Hands-on with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.

  • Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.

  • Self-starter, organized, and consistent in follow-ups and funnel management.

  • Basic understanding of how software development and recruitment pipelines work is a plus.

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related domain is preferred.
