As a Lead Generation Executive, you'll be the first touchpoint in that journey. Your mission: identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of global clients looking for Staffing, IT development, and Business Process (BPO) solutions. You're not just booking calls — you're opening doors to long-term strategic relationships.
Responsibilities :
Prospect and research potential B2B clients across industries like tech, SaaS, eCommerce, Healthcare, finance, and logistics.
Build lead lists using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, etc., targeting decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, HR, Ops).
Qualify leads based on their need for services in:
I. Core & Technical Staffing
II. Website & App Development
III. Offshore Support / BPO
IV. Digital Marketing
Run cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to set up qualified discovery calls.
Maintain and update CRM with lead status, touchpoints, and notes.
Collaborate with sales/BD to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor movements to identify new opportunity pockets.
What You Bring :
1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation (staffing, IT services, digital agencies, or outsourcing preferred).
Familiarity with U.S. and global markets — especially how companies source external vendors for hiring and development.
Hands-on with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
Self-starter, organized, and consistent in follow-ups and funnel management.
Basic understanding of how software development and recruitment pipelines work is a plus.
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related domain is preferred.
