We're on the hunt for confident communicators with a flair for sales. As a Career Advisor / Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with job seekers in the U.S. market (IT & Non-IT), helping them navigate the job hunt with our exclusive resume, marketing, and interview support services.
You’ll not only pitch — you’ll advise, build trust, and close deals that impact real careers.
Responsibilities :
Engage with candidates across the U.S. actively looking for jobs (via calls, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
Pitch our value-driven services: resume optimization, job marketing, and interview prep
Nurture leads and build a high-quality pipeline of potential clients
Follow up with interested leads to convert and onboard them
Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and closures
Report performance and progress regularly to team leads
What You Bring :
Excellent English communication — spoken and written
1–2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or BPO (confident freshers welcome)
Ability to work the U.S. shift comfortably
Solid persuasion, listening, and rapport-building skills
Basic LinkedIn and email outreach experience is a plus
Hunger to learn, grow, and outperform
