Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across US-based clients and internal projects.
Collaborate with hiring managers to capture technical needs and team dynamics.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and more.
Conduct initial screenings, assess technical fit, and present only the most aligned candidates.
Coordinate interview logistics and maintain seamless communication between all stakeholders.
Build a robust talent pipeline to reduce time-to-hire for future roles.
Negotiate offers, assist in onboarding, and maintain top-tier candidate experience throughout.
Track metrics, generate reports, and constantly optimize your hiring approach.
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of US IT recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing/consulting environment.
In-depth knowledge of tech stacks, job titles, and market expectations.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, Boolean search, sourcing tools, and social recruitment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of compliance, employment standards, and client expectations in the US market.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset as you don’t just fill positions, you solve hiring problems.
