Responsibilities :
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job intake to onboarding.
Actively source candidates across job boards, databases, and social media platforms.
Conduct resume screenings, initial interviews, and qualification assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding both skills and aspirations.
Negotiate offers, perform reference checks, and handle background verification.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and internal systems.
Stay current with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance norms.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize recruitment strategies.
Contribute to employer branding efforts and represent the company in virtual career events.
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably for IT/non-IT roles or US-based clients.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms.
Strong understanding of US labor regulations, screening protocols, and hiring norms.
Strategic thinker with solid negotiation and decision-making skills.
Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
